Frederick & Fischer are proud to present this effective meditation. In our body, we have seven major energy centers known as ‘Chakras’ and they are like a wheel spinning vortex that whirls in a circular motion. In this guided meditation, we will be using visualising and intention techniques that help us to cleanse, harmonise and balance our chakra centers.

Each of the seven main chakras are connected to specific organs, glands and body systems. They radiate energy vibrations and practicing this meditation where we actually visualise a ball of energy radiating white light will help us.

The energy centres are said to be responsible for a number of function like communicating our personal truth, giving and receiving love and/or compassion, being grounded and issues around trust and simply letting go. Some of the chakras are responsible for the material aspects of our existence, while others have a profound impact on our higher being, our higher conciousness.

The last part of this guided meditation we will be using the ball of white light to cleanse our Aura and to gently remove any psychic debris that we can pick up unconsciously from others.

Meditation variation: You can do this meditation in a cross legged position with your spine straight known as the lotus position, you can also be in a half lotus position.
