After the great results of the original version, Top 150 Shazam Global Chart, over 7 Million views on YouTube, #1 in Poland and Viral in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Lithuania, it’s time to release the official remix of ‘Désolée (Paris/Paname)’ from Lex Dave, 26 years old music producer and DJ from Poland supported by famous Djs like Alan Walker, Knife Party, Dannic, Blinders.
Differently from the original this remix features catchy effects on the vocals and a sound more club that makes it suitable also for the dancefloors.
But why ‘Paris/Paname’?
Paname is a nickname for Paris since the Parisians in the 20th century used to wear the famous Panama hat put in vogue by the workers who, at that time, dug the canal that bears the same name.
In this single, however, Shanguy wanted to give a different meaning, indicating ‘Paris’ as the elegant city lived by day among monuments and history and ‘Paname’ as the mysterious and nightly city of the most libertine neighborhoods, a sort of contrast between good and evil.
