KALM’s ‘Bad Habits’ receives the remix treatment from the elusive duo AUSONIA. The two men behind the alias are Eddie Craig (Wideboys) and Ben Malone (Kiss FM).
KALM is the hugely exciting new UK writer / DJ / producer & artist. From working full shifts in McDonalds two years ago and producing in his free time… in just a year, KALM’s music has featured on ITV (Love Island), BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM, Netflix (Tiny Pretty Things), Hollyoaks, The Voice plus many more. His remixes and originals are amassing millions of streams online and on streaming platforms. His explosive entry to the scene is testament to his unequivocal ability to write and produce quality, upbeat pop dance records.
AUSONIA bring a modern take on 90’s rave influenced club music, drawing inspiration from acid house, early trance, house and techno to produce a signature sound that’s at home both in the club and on the radio.
On writing the track, KALM says “Bad Habits was such a vibe to write! From the get go, our aim was to write a feel good banger. It was written in an hour, the production really came along once I had those emotional chords and vocal chops. The remix follows an impressive start to the original with support from Scott Mills on Radio 1, Kiss FM, David Guetta, Lost Frequencies and many more.
KALM also recently supported Sigma on their 2020 UK tour, playing to a sold out 650 cap venue in Brighton. He is one to keep a firm eye on as his records continue to lift spirits from all corners of the globe.
